Say you installed Semantic Mediawiki with <code>composer require</code> and then when you went to your 'extensions' directory you were <i class="fa fa-frown-o"></i> because it wasn't a git checkout. You can rectify that by redoing the command, but with the <code>--prefer-source</code> option. nb.
