clarifies the option and sub-option argument to mencoder when using libavcodec
options and arguments is not just significant, it's HIGHLY significant.
To transcode the video, specify the output codecs as the "-vcodec" and"-acodec" argumentssub-options to the libavcodec option (-lavcopts):
