Some of the questions that pop up when discussing a CRM
- How many people are going to access the system? 6. It doesn't matter. There are no per seat charges, or any license fees of any kind.
- How many members/contacts do we need to keep track of? 2,000 It doesn't matter. There is no limit to the size of your database.
- What salutations are required? Mr. Mrs. Ms. Dr.
- How should households be greeted? Dear First1 Last1 and First2 Last2 rather than Mr. & Mrs. John Doe because partner may be Jane Smith who kept her maiden name.
- What groups would our constituents naturally fall into? Eg. "walkers", "runners", "bikers", "maintenance", "events"
