Some of the questions that pop up when discussing a CRM

- 6. It doesn't matter. There are no per seat charges, or any license fees of any kind.
- How many members/contacts do we need to keep track of?
- 2,000 It doesn't matter. There is no limit to the size of your database.
- What salutations are required?
- Mr. Mrs. Ms. Dr. Most don't matter too much, but Dr. is a tricky one. Best to let the customer specify themselves through signup so we don't make assumptions.
- How should households be greeted?
- Dear First1 Last1 and First2 Last2 rather than Mr. & Mrs. John Doe because partner may be Jane Smith who kept her maiden name.
