IANAL
IANAL = I Am Not A Lawyer[edit | edit source]
There are so many lawyers out there today, and so many lazy people with no productive means to earn a living that they will sue other people for any reason at all if there is a chance for financial gain. That coupled with the attitude that somebody else is responsible for one's lack of prudence gives rise to the preemptive disclaimer when giving advice: I am not a lawyer. In case this hasn't sunk in yet, I am not a lawyer, so what I say is not legal advice. Also, I'm not rich, so don't sue me because there is no potential reward. Like the little tag on a free toy that says you could potentially choke to death if you stuffed it down your throat, this page serves as my disclaimer.
