You are supposed to be able to comment on this article with the Comment Streams extension because I tagged the page with the parser tag <comment-streams />

If this page is not showing comments, then it is because this bug's patch needs to be applied. Supposedly the configuration in CommentStreams that triggers the bug in 1.43 is $wgCommentStreamsAllowedNamespaces = -1; - but testing shows that only the 'master' branch displays comments regardless of the presence of the configuration setting.
