XMind
XMind is a mind-mapping tool. Like FreeMind, but less capable, more bloated, and actually annoying if you are serious about doing MindMaps. If you are looking for something that will let you quickly put some ideas on a diagram, then XMind could work for you.
I've been running the 2013 version, so maybe the newer version has more features that are relevant. Nope. They've (predictably) focused development on revenue producing strategies rather than making the product more feature-complete, capable, and extensible.

FreeMind can export to OpenDocument format, plus an almost exhaustive list of file formats right out of the box; AND has free third-party extensions for more conversions, plus the ability to write your own. XMind can't export to any Office format without a paid license (and even then, it's limited to Microsoft). Annoyingly, it presents multiple choices in the file->export menu, but without telling you which formats are actually included in the version you're running. Only after selecting an export format does the program tell you that you can't do that without your wallet, and prompts you to upgrade. Nagware.
Make a mind map in XMind with 8 sheets. Export to FreeMind. It saves only that active sheet without telling you otherwise. Lame.
