Migration from meza to canasta

I started my migration of this wiki, which runs on QualityBox, to Canasta. Since QualityBox is a derivative of Meza with support for running on Debian, I'm calling it from 'meza to canasta'. Anyway, I figured I'd better take some notes along the way.
Features of Meza not found in Canasta include:
- Meza has a farm capability
- Meza has a series of base configurations and overrides to allow the site administrator to customize each wiki in the farm.
This is not a list of the differences, it is just the cause for some of the conversion steps.
I had to condense the settings files into one so that I could use that as "LocalSettings.php" in the Canasta version. To do that I created a simple one-off PHP script called catPreLocalSettingsFiles.php, which I simply copied to condense the similar "Post LocalSettings.php files".
