You are supposed to be able to comment on this article with the Comment Streams extension because I tagged the page with the parser tag <nowiki><comment-streams /></nowiki> If this page is not showing comments, then it is because [https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T404113 this bug's patch needs to be applied]. Supposedly the configuration in CommentStreams that triggers the bug in 1.43 is <code>$wgCommentStreamsAllowedNamespaces = -1;</code> - but testing shows that only the 'master' branch displays comments regardless of the presence of the configuration setting. <comment-streams />
