XMind is a mind-mapping tool. Like [[FreeMind]], but less capable.

I've been running the 2013 version, so maybe the newer version has more features that are relevant. Nope. They've (predictably) focused development on revenue producing strategies rather than making the product more feature-complete, capable, and extensible.

Whereas FreeMind can export to OpenDocument format, XMind can't export to any office format without a paid license (and even then, it's limited to Microsoft).
