Yoga is an exercise of the mind and body.

She tells us they are:

  1. Ahar (food) Eating agreeable (sattvic) food and eating in moderation.
  2. Vihar (recreation)
  3. Achar (routine)
  4. Vichar (thoughts)
  5. Vyavahar (behavior)
